The first step in this project was to get three pictures of something that you wanted to paint. For me, I wanted to do Chicago. I orginized the painting by doing a drawing with a sharpie only using lines. My light souece is coming from the moon. My color scheme is mainly a grayish purple. I used side stroke for majority of my painting. I used value by using a few other colors outside of my color scheme. This was my favorite project to work on and I was very happy with the outcome.
